Insurance Questions?

How do I know if my insurance covers NEMT?

Most Medicaid plans and many private insurance plans cover Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. We recommend calling your insurance provider or contacting us at (410) 596-6504 to verify your coverage before booking.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer private pay options for patients without insurance coverage. Please call us to discuss rates and payment plans that work for your budget.

Do I need prior authorization?

Some insurance plans require prior authorization for NEMT services. We work directly with your healthcare provider and insurance company to obtain any necessary authorizations before your ride.

What documentation do I need?

Simply provide your insurance ID card or Medicaid card when booking. We'll handle the rest, including verification and billing coordination with your insurance provider.
